
RESERVATIONS
Our opening hours include dinner service from 5.30pm until 10pm on Tuesday to Saturday, and lunch service from 12noon until 2.30pm on Friday & Saturday.
While we can often cater to walk-in guests, bookings are strongly encouraged.
At dinner on Friday and Saturday, we offer ONLY our degustation menus (applicable to all seated guests): ‘A Quick Italian Tour’ (8 courses) and ‘Travel Italy With Us’ (12 courses).
We offer two distinct dining sessions in which guests are seated:
Earlier: from 5.30pm until 6.15pm
Later: from 7.45pm until 8.30pm
Our ‘A la Carte’ menu is additionally available at Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday dinner and on Friday/Saturday lunch.
Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance.
A 15% surcharge is applied to the final bill on Public Holidays and select Sundays special events.
BOOKING POLICIES
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
Most allergies and special requirements can be catered to, however we MUST receive notice of this at the time your booking is made. For our degustation offering, vegetarian/pescatarian & gluten-free menus are available, & in certain situations dishes can be adjusted for crustacean/shellfish/egg/nut allergies. We offer dairy-free options ONLY for A la Carte.
We apologise that we cannot cater to vegan guests, or dairy-free Degustation.
GROUPS

We offer special small group dining packages for groups of 9-15 diners. We can cater to groups of this size on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday dinner &/or on Friday/Saturday lunchtime.
We offer whole venue hire packages for groups of 16-28 diners. We can cater to groups of this size at any of our services, requiring a minimum spend that is dictated by the service day & time booked.
A 10% service charge will be applied to the total bill of any groups of 7 guests or more.
CANCELLATIONS
We are a small business where no-shows and late cancellations impact us massively.
We require any cancellation or adjustments to your reservation be made MORE THAN 24hours prior to your visit-time. If adjustments are made within 24hours of the visit-time (whether this be no shows, late cancellations or reductions in booking size by 2guests or more), a $100 cancellation fee per person will be charged for A la Carte bookings & the FULL set-menu cost per person for Degustation bookings.
We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances affecting some bookings. In these cases, we are sometimes able to reschedule your booking to an alternative date - if the rescheduled booking is cancelled, there will be charges made per person as above.
We provide ample opportunity for booking adjustments by sending a booking confirmation/reminder by email &/or SMS 48hours prior to your visit-time.

The restaurant can host up to 28 seated guests or 40 for a cocktail party.
